Job Description Conocer en profundidad el Reglamento Interno, protocolos y políticas del colegio, para promoverlos, exigirlos y aplicarlos con rigurosidad, teniendo como objetivo principal el resguardo y desarrollo académico, emocional y social de los y las estudiantes. • Participar con sus estudiantes en las actividades extraordinarias que las direcciones de ciclo estimen conveniente. • Asistir a las diversas instancias de encuentro con la comunidad que el colegio establezca en su calendario: Charlas, Reuniones de Apoderados, Licenciaturas, Actividades Recreativas y Especiales, etc. • Asegurar que todos los miembros de su equipo apoyen y guíen a cada estudiante para alcanzar su máximo potencial académico a través del entusiasmo y seguimientos de sus aprendizajes. • Trabajar en equipo con los demás profesionales del Colegio (profesores de asignatura, psicólogas, psicopedagogas, coordinaciones de facultad y subdirecciones) para la elaboración de estrategias en casos complejos, con la finalidad de asegurar los aprendizajes de todos sus alumnos. • Participar activamente en las reuniones con coordinaciones y subdirecciones para establecer estrategias que fomenten el aprendizaje y la buena convivencia de sus estudiantes. • Ser activo en el cuidado de todos los recursos del Colegio, especialmente aquellos a su cargo, informando cualquier daño o pérdida al Directivo de Ciclo que corresponda. • Promover una colaboración cercana con los apoderados, iniciando el contacto en el momento adecuado y asegurando que exista un registro escrito de la reunión. • Mantener a los Directivos de Ciclo informados de todos los aspectos relevantes de su curso, en forma permanente. • Incorporar a la acción diaria, las políticas de todo colegio perteneciente al grupo ISP, relacionadas con la seguridad e integridad de los estudiantes. • Dar cumplimiento a las tareas asociadas a las plataformas tecnológicas propias de los colegios ISP para la gestión pedagógica, tales como Engage y Learning Hub.
