In this role, the successful Professional and Consumer Content Specialist will support the evolution of our customer marketing strategy, focusing on creating impactful content that enhances Cochlear’s market presence and aligns with our strategic goals.

This role offers the opportunity to directly influence Cochlear’s customer and professional engagement strategies within a dynamic healthcare market. As a central figure between customer marketing and regional teams liaising with customer marketing and regional teams, you’ll gain hands-on experience developing targeted content that shapes customer perceptions and drives growth in the hearing implant market.
