We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team

The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced café environment. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean workspace, and ensuring customer satisfaction through friendly interactions.

SKILLS

• Previous barista experience is required. don’t apply if you professionally never made a cappuccino or latte .
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
• Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
• Experience with POS systems, such as Aloha or Micros, is advantageous.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math applications.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and food preparation techniques in the food industry.

Work Location: In perso

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to standard recipes.
• Operate the Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order processing and payment handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations.
• Assist customers with menu selections and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards during food handling and preparation.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for sales.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
• Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere and encourage repeat visits.
