Candidates without valid work permit in Norway will not be evaluated Contract Period: 31.12.2025 – 30.12.2026 Option Period: 2 × 12 months Language Requirements: English and Norwegian Tasks and Responsibilities The consultant will be part of a team working with customers Hourly Rate concept—an activity-based allocation method used to distribute personnel-related costs across all tasks performed within the company. Typical responsibilities include: Supporting activities related to the Hourly Rate concept Performing cost allocation analysis and preparing documentation Working with systems and processes in a controlled, process-led environment Communicating financial and process-related information to stakeholders Collaborating in teams and sharing tasks, competence, and expertise Working independently on analysis tasks Contributing to continuous improvement and exploring new ways of working (including AI-enabled improvements) Competence Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or similar Several years of experience from Finance, Accounting, IT, or Audit Good understanding of process-led work environments Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently and in teams Interest in learning systems and business processes Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders Curiosity about future work methods, automation, and AI opportunities Workplace Information Primary location: Stavanger (Rogaland) Alternative location: Bergen
