JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Professional, Business Systems Analyst, Client Delivery analyzes complex business processes, identifies areas for improvement, and designs innovative system solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. They work with stakeholders to understand requirements, document processes, and ensure the accuracy and reliability of implemented systems. This role often involves leading projects, providing guidance to other analysts, and contributing to strategic planning.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BS Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of directly related experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Listing Data Checker or other compliance or rules based products.
  • Proficiency in business analysis methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies .
  • Experience with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in the real estate or adjacent industry is a plus.

  • Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert on systems and processes, providing guidance and support to team members .
