REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with clients.
• A valid driving licence is required to travel to various job sites.
• Previous experience in carpet cleaning or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure clear understanding of client needs and expectations.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and professionalism at all times.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during the service.
• Must be 25 or over

• Drive to client locations in a timely manner, ensuring all necessary equipment is loaded and ready for use.
• Operate carpet cleaning equipment and tools efficiently to clean various types of carpets and upholstery.
• Assess the condition of carpets / upholstery and provide appropriate cleaning solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding the cleaning process, expected outcomes, and care instructions post-cleaning.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment, including the proper care of cleaning equipment.
