JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. EXPERIENCE

• Previous custodial experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
• Ability to manage time efficiently while performing multiple tasks.

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in commercial spaces.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools for cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Conduct facilities maintenance activities to ensure all areas are well-kept and functional.
• Manage time effectively to complete assigned cleaning duties within designated timeframes.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to requests and addressing concerns from facility occupants.
• Handle heavy lifting of equipment or materials as required during cleaning operations.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
• Follow safety protocols while using cleaning agents and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job progress and any issues encountered.
