  • Hygiene and Sanitation: Maintaining a clean and sanitary work area, including equipment and tools.
  • Stock Management: Monitoring inventory, handling deliveries, and minimizing waste.
  • Adhering to Safety Standards: Following proper food handling and safety procedures.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Butchery Skills: Experience in cutting, trimming, and preparing various meat cuts.
  • Equipment Proficiency: Ability to safely operate butchery tools and equipment.
