We are proud to have been ranked #1 in The Boston Globe's 2024 List of Top Places to Work [https://topworkplaces.com/award/boston/2024/]!    This position assists the SLR Director of Professional Development and SLR Director of Asset Management with administrative support, project coordination and management, auditing and calendar management. * Day-to-day administrative support including calendar management, email coordination, and preparation of materials and presentations * Record-keeping support and compliance * Assist with coordination of company-wide training sessions, both virtual and in-person, including scheduling, communication, space, and catering arrangements * Provide administrative support for the Learning Management System (LMS), including system maintenance, data entry, user training and user support * Support compliance initiatives within the Learning & Development department by monitoring completion of general orientation, new department head training, ongoing in-service requirements as well as other company wide training initiatives; regularly communicate with community associates to address gaps, provide reminders, and ensure all required training is completed accurately and in full. * Coordinate training schedules and manage calendar invitations for new department heads, ensuring timely communication for a smooth onboarding experience. * Support capital expenditure processes, including tracking budgets, gathering estimates, and assisting with project documentation from bid process through completion. * Create and maintain organized digital filing systems (e.g., Google Drive) for each community, including maintenance department resources. * Support the planning and execution of DBG meetings by managing meeting logistics, preparing materials, documenting discussions and action items, and providing follow-up communication to ensure accountability and progress on key initiatives.
