For the New York Office of a Financial Services Law Firm

Responsibilities include:

  • Administer the performance management system, including data entry, system setup, and internal communications;
  • Coordinate rollout of new review platform by preparing training materials, organizing sessions, and tracking participation;
  • Serve as the first point of contact for review process inquiries, providing troubleshooting and escalating issues as needed;
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure accuracy and completeness of performance evaluation and user data;
  • Track progress during review cycles and provide regular updates and reports on outstanding tasks or issues;
  • Provide logistical and administrative support to the Professional Development Committee, including data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree required;
  • Strong operational experience with viEval and data management systems;
  • Excellent administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail;
  • Effective communicator with the ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; able to quickly learn new software platforms;
  • Professional demeanor with flexibility to work overtime as needed in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $80k-$90
