Position Summary Primary focus is to provide clinical expertise through consultation, education and training of ASP’s products to both internal and external customers. Key activity is to provide best-practice solutions to customers in partnership with the Account Executive  in the execution of plans that meet or exceed the Company’s business objectives. Responsible for developing long- term customer relationships, which build loyalty and confidence in ASP as the preferred vendor. Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with strategic accounts while positioning and delivering economic and value-related solutions. Duties and Responsibilities Under limited supervision, general direction, etc. and in accordance with all applicable government laws, regulations and ASP policies, procedures and guidelines, this position: * To provide clinical expertise to customers on ASP products through consultation, assessment and education. * Functions as a clinical expert to ASP staff on new product development/ launches, market changes/ trends and the identification of customer driven needs and/or requests. * Follow up on clinical customer issues and provides information to ASP team representing the voice of the customer. * Communicates business opportunities to the sales team in a timely manner. * Engages in ongoing assessment and evaluation of ASP products in the market, works collaboratively with Sales and Marketing to achieve business objectives. * Plans and delivers educational programs and training to ASP employees. * Plans, develops and implements customer educational programs to meet current and future customer needs. * Maintains and expands clinical/technical knowledge of all ASP products. * Plans, prioritizes and manages a work schedule which meets customer expectations in a timely and cost-effective manner. * Maintains active membership in professional organization(s) to continue professional growth and development. * Know, understand and follow ASP policies and procedures related to work activities performed in area of responsibility. * Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level * Performs other duties assigned as needed Qualifications * Minimum 3 years of current clinical experience in OR and /or CSSD and/or Endoscopy, and/or infection prevention practices or 3 years clinical experience in medical device preferred. * Minimum 1 years’ experience in delivering educational programs/presentations preferred. * Clinical expertise in surgical instrumentation including endoscopic instruments. * Knowledge of sterilization and high-level disinfection * Knowledge of operating room, central processing and endoscopy suite practices, procedures and protocols. * Knowledge of Perioperative nursing standards, infection control standards, and CSSD guidelines for practice. * Knowledge of ASP’s products and competitive products. * Knowledge of market changes or trends in healthcare environments utilizing ASP’s products. * Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically highly developed interpersonal/people skills.  * Ability to articulate and effective communication skills (written and verbal) at all levels. * Demonstrated customer focus and strong relationship building skills. * Strong team skills, both building and partnering. * Strong presentation skills, both preparing and delivering. * Proficient in Microsoft software applications, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint required. * Experience in a management position in OR, CSSD, Endoscopy or Infection prevention department preferred. * Certification in peri-operative Nursing(CNOR), Sterile Processing, Endoscopy or Infection prevention preferred.  * Bachelor’s Degree Fortive Corporation Overview Fortive’s essential technology makes the world stronger, safer, and smarter.
