The Role
We are seeking an experienced, licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with expertise in concrete formwork design and inspections to join our team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
  • Registered P.Eng. in British Columbia.
  • Proven experience in the construction of concrete structures.
  • Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and applicable codes related to formwork engineering.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Review and verify structural calculations and designs of concrete formwork systems prepared by our designers, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  • Stamp/seal formwork drawings prior to release for jobsite use.
  • Conduct onsite inspections of assembled formwork equipment and issue certificates for concrete placement.
  • Collaborate with developers, contractors, and construction companies throughout the design and inspection process.
  • Draft clear and accurate technical documents and reports.
