JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a professional Fish Cutter for one of our clients who can start immediately. He will be responsible for the cleaning, filleting, deboning, portioning, and preparation of various types of fish and seafood according to company specifications.
Job Type: Full Time, Temp. to Permanent
Shift Availability: Morning Shift(5AM - 1:30PM)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have 3-4 years of experience as a Fish Cutter.
  • Proficiency in using fillet knives and other cutting tools with precision and speed.
  • Ability to cut fish to specific weights or customer specifications without wastage.
  • Familiarity with different types of fish and how to properly cut them.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Good hand-eye coordination for cutting and handling slippery fish.
  • Understanding of hygiene standards and safe handling practices.
  • Ability to work well with others in fast-paced environments.
  • For weighing, measuring, and portion control.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Efficient and able to meet processing or service deadlines.

Responsibilities
