The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of fishing walleye, bass, pike, muskie, techniques, and regulations, ensuring a safe and enjoyable outing for all participants. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to effectively engage with clients of varying skill levels.

Responsibilities
  • Lead guided fishing trips on Tetu Lake, Winnipeg River & English River, ensuring safety and compliance with local regulations.
  • Educate clients on fishing techniques, equipment usage, and local fish species.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all participants.
  • Maintain fishing gear and equipment, ensuring everything is in good working order before each trip.
  • Plan and organize trips based on client preferences, weather conditions, and seasonal patterns.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to assess their needs and adapt the experience accordingly.
  • Demonstrate leadership by fostering teamwork among participants during group outings.
