Overview
Professional Freelancer (Product Assembly) skillfully serves as a freelance product assembler for clients.
Tools needed: hammer, flat-head screwdriver, phillips screwdriver, torx screwdriver, drill, measuring tape, cordless screwdriver, adjustable wrench, utility knife, adjustable pliers, hex keys, wood glue, wood filler, staple gun, furniture blanket, clamp/spreader, tin snips, hacksaw, and needle-nose pliers.
Supplies required: step ladder and extension ladder.
Tools and Supplies needed may change as more projects become available.
Reports directly to senior management or project coordinator. It is an hourly-based 1099-NEC position, at $20 per hour with perks. Responsible for your own assignments and able to work in a team, as needed. May need to carpool on assignments, for team efficiency. Besides having skills in your chosen field, you would also need communication skills, collaboration with diversity of people, customer service skills, problem solving skills, and conflict resolution. Also, willing to lead/participate in community projects at $15 per hour.

Qualifications

• Skilled in your chosen field
• Supply own tools to perform duties, preferred
• Resume demonstrating capabilities
• Ability to collaborate with a diverse group of people
• Ability to manage multiple projects, including community projects
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills, problem solving skills, and conflict resolution
• Bilingual a plus, not required
• Reliable transportation, willing to travel up to 50 miles for work
• Have your own workers compensation, preferred
