YOUR ROLE

We’re looking for an Intermediate Environmental Professional who thrives on turning regulatory requirements into real-world, workable outcomes. You’ll be at the forefront of our excess soils work—leading projects, completing BRAT assessments, filing ECAs with the MECP, and ensuring compliance with O. Reg. 406/19. You’ll also contribute to RSC and ESA projects and provide guidance to junior staff.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead the planning and execution of excess soil management projects.
• Complete Beneficial Reuse Assessment Tool (BRAT) evaluations and reporting.
• Prepare and submit Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) applications to the MECP.
• Oversee soil and groundwater sampling programs, classification, and documentation.
• Contribute to RSC and Phase One and Two ESA work under O. Reg. 153/04.
• Review lab results, prepare technical deliverables, and provide clear recommendations.
• Mentor and support junior staff in the field and during reporting.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, and regulators to ensure safe, compliant project delivery.
