We are looking for a talented and creative Hair Stylist Cum Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hairstyling, coloring, and hair treatments, with a strong commitment to delivering excellent client experiences. This role involves cutting, coloring, and styling hair while staying updated on the latest industry trends and techniques.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid cosmetology license (or equivalent) in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist/Technician, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
• Expertise in hair cutting, coloring, and styling techniques.
• Strong knowledge of hair care products and treatments.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Hair Cutting & Styling: Provide professional haircuts and styling services for men, women, and children, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Coloring Services: Perform a variety of coloring techniques, including highlights, balayage, color correction, and full-color applications.
• Client Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients’ hair goals, concerns, and preferences.
• Hair Treatments: Offer specialized treatments such as deep conditioning, keratin treatments, and scalp therapies.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest hairstyling trends, techniques, and products to offer modern and creative styles.
• Customer Service: Provide personalized recommendations on hair care routines and suitable products.
• Salon Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Product Sales: Educate clients on hair care products and promote suitable offerings.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure seamless salon operations and a great client experience.
