Description

Take the next step in your career — at one of Austria's largest IT companies.

Are you passionate about Identity & Access Management? Do you not just want to roll over concepts, but also really want to work hands-on in exciting projects or even take over the management yourself? Then you've come to the right place!

At Telekom Security, we are shaping the future of digital security — with a strong team, modern technologies and plenty of creative freedom.

Your daily business with us

As part of our IAM team, you will work on groundbreaking projects in the area of identity governance and secure access. In doing so, you will take on, among other things:

  • (Co-) design and development of IAM architectures for our customers
  • Defining and implementing secure processes around digital identities
  • Analyze, design, support, and troubleshoot running IAM systems

  • Supporting and training customers as part of managed services

  • Active participation in groundbreaking IAM projects with the opportunity to manage them independently

What should you bring with you?

We are not looking for “consultants”, but real technical professionals with passion.

If you have the following, we look forward to receiving your application:

  • You have an IT education or comparable experience

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in an IAM environment

  • You have been involved in at least 2-3 projects (please specify in your resume)
  • Technical know-how and hands-on mentality are important to us — advice is not required
  • You are familiar with tools such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Delinea, Okta, Nexis or Ping
  • You have a good basic understanding of IT topics (e.g. operating systems, databases, networks, security & data protection)
  • Terms like GDPR, NIS2, DORA, ISO2700x or similar are no stranger to you
  • You enjoy programming — for example with Java, Python, C# or SQL

Why Telekom Security?

Because it's not just technology that counts for us, but also people. We offer you:

  • Flexible working hours & home office — because you work best when you feel good
  • Top equipment & modern tools

  • Food & sports subsidies, employee events & continuing education offers
  • Security & stability — as part of Deutsche Telekom Group

  • Real team spirit — not buzzwords, but colleagues you can rely on

For legal reasons, we refer to the minimum annual salary of €42,882 for full-time employment (38.5 hours) under the collective agreement. The final salary is of course based on your individual experience.
