Your key responsibilities You are expected to work efficiently in diverse teams, be adaptable, flexible and inclusive, showcasing strong communication skills and teamwork. For this role, you are required to: Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs, translating regulatory requirements and business needs into actionable strategies, policies, methodologies and processes Design comprehensive risk management frameworks across the spectrum of financial and non-financial risk types such as credit, market, liquidity, operational, environmental, social & governance (ESG) risks Analyze regulatory guidance and expectations for capital adequacy, liquidity & funding position, risk governance, risk strategy and risk appetite, stress testing, as well as other items in the supervisory agenda Engage stakeholders through compelling presentations and discussions, fostering a collaborative environment for idea exchange and consensus building Keep up to date with the latest banking trends and developments To qualify for the role you must have A bachelor's and master’s degree in areas such as accounting and finance, finance and banking, economics, statistics, mathematics or engineering.
