Superb opportunity to join an award-winning Tier 1 Legal 500 law firm that offers specialist professional indemnity advice to a broad range of insurance clients.
The firm is recognised across the UK for its outstanding client care and high-quality lawyers.
Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Insurance Disputes team, it is now seeking to appoint an experienced solicitor who is c, 8 years PQE to work alongside its team.
The ideal candidate will have a background in professional indemnity litigation including pre-action and litigation procedural knowledge and have experience of advising insurers about a wide range of disputes including construction and a number of professionals.
The successful candidate will deliver high quality and commercially focussed advice, have a strong technical competence and be able to carry out supervision of junior lawyers.
There is a steady flow of new instructions from existing clients and the firm is seeking a motivated, technically strong Solicitor with ambition, who can develop relationships and provide an exceptional level of service to its clients.
