Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Team/Function: The Sales team drives measurable results by identifying new market opportunities and delivering value to partners. The team specializes in quoting and order processing as well as logistics. You also need to be able to navigate 3 inboxes at one time and make sure the correct standard operating procedures are followed for each box and vendor line.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensures all sales orders are processed efficiently and accurately and that delivery deadlines are met.
  • Creating quotes for customers and forwarding the necessary information as needed.
  • Serves as the primary customer contact and manages escalation issues.
  • Provides support to Sales teams (inside/outside) representatives within Ingram.
  • Address inquiries related to orders, product availability, and delivery timelines.
  • Review and manage deal backlogs to ensure timely processing and resolution.
  • Report backordered materials and provide updates on renewal information to ensure customer transparency and operational efficiency.
  • Forecast inventory needs to maintain optimal stocking levels and prevent supply chain disruptions.
  • Responsible for monitoring overall account activity for assigned vendors.
  • Recognize and learn the various nuances of the vendor product lines and technologies
  • Expected to provide late shift coverage on vendor quarter-end and month-end periods.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • Diploma or degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of strong customer service background
  • Must have experience in channel sales, reseller partnerships, advanced solutions business, or IT distribution.
  • Must be able to build relationships and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Previous experience in sales support and order processing is preferred.
  • Proven ability to drive results while demonstrating resilience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, order management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Bilingual in English and French is considered an asset.
