Description
Responsibilities
Minimum of 5 years as a Project or Program Manager leading digital transformation initiatives, preferably in plant engineering, manufacturing, or a related industry.
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA or PMP certification is an asset.
Strong understanding of digital technologies, including automation platforms and AI applications, and their integration into plant engineering systems.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
Ability to develop and implement strategies that align digital initiatives with business objectives, leveraging automation and AI for operational improvements.
Familiarity with plant engineering functions, such as maintenance, infrastructure, and tooling, and their interaction with digital solutions to enhance efficiency and safety.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
Strong analytical skills to address challenges and optimize processes in a dynamic business environment.
Proven ability to connect digital transformation efforts to measurable outcomes, such as cost reduction, system reliability, and project delivery efficiency
