Responsibilities

You have Bachelor’s / Technical’ s degree in Industrial Engineering and/or continuous improvement, as well as five (5) to eight (8) years of experience in a related field.
You have proven experience & advanced skills in project management and team work leadership
You have strong communication skills at all levels
You have advanced knowledge of continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing the concepts
You have fluency in French written and spoken
You have knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Project)
You have strong skills in priority management and last minute request
You have awareness of the new trends in manufacturing field and continuous improvement.
You are bilingual (French and English)
