Our Central Division plays a vital role in ensuring that our operational and administrative functions are delivered efficiently, enabling us to maintain the highest standards of care across our organisation.
Location of the role: Remote working - with travel required as necessary
This is a full time role, 37.5 hours per week and on a fixed term contract, duration 2 years.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our Central Division in the role of Professional Nurse Specialist in Self Harm. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a key team that supports within a strategic leadership role designed to enhance the organisation’s approach to ensuring best practice and excellence to patient care across its Mental Health and Learning Disability services.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Registered Nurse (Mental Health or Learning Disabilities) with current NMC registration and a minimum of 7 years post-registration experience.
  • A full driving licence and access to a car.
  • Must be willing to travel across the UK.
  • Flexibility to travel across the UK at short notice where urgent support is required
  • Additional qualifications or certifications in mental health, self-harm management, or a related area (e.g., Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy).
  • Current experience working with national advisory groups looking at working with people with autism.
