In- House Photographer & Videographer

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and creative Photographer & Videographer to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that showcases our restaurants, food, beverages, customer experiences, events, and brand identity. You will manage the complete production process—from planning and shooting to editing and delivering engaging content for digital and print marketing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Photography & Videography

> Plan, organize, and execute professional photo and video shoots for food, beverages, restaurants, staff, events, and promotional campaigns.

> Capture high-quality images and videos that align with the company's brand guidelines.

>Produce engaging content for social media, websites, digital advertising, menus, and promotional materials.

2. Content Production & Editing

> Edit photos using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop to achieve high-quality, brand-consistent visuals.

> Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, including trimming, transitions, color correction, color grading, sound editing, subtitles, and motion graphics.

> Create short-form videos and reels optimized for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

> Add basic animations, visual effects, and graphics where required.

3. Creative Planning

> Work closely with the Marketing team to develop creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand storytelling.

> Participate in content planning meetings and contribute fresh ideas for visual marketing.

> Ensure all content reflects current industry trends and audience preferences.

4. Equipment & Asset Management

> Set up and operate professional cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, and other production equipment.

> Maintain, organize, and troubleshoot photography and videography equipment.

> Manage and archive digital assets for easy retrieval and future use.

5. Brand & Quality Assurance

> Ensure all visual content maintains a consistent brand identity across all platforms.

> Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining high creative and technical standards.

> Stay updated with the latest photography, videography, editing software, and social media trends.

Qualifications

> Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Photography, Videography, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field.

> Minimum 3 years of professional experience in photography and videography.

> Previous experience in the Food & Beverage and Hospitality industry is highly preferred.

> Strong portfolio demonstrating photography, videography, and editing skills
