Position Summary We are looking for a Market Development Representative for Phoenix Oral & Facial Surgery in Phoenix, AZ. The Market Development Representative is a highly visible, multi-functional role focused on strengthening relationships with patients, referral partners, and the community. This individual will represent the practice with professionalism, warmth, and creativity, balancing external marketing activities with internal operational support. The position requires strong interpersonal skills, organizational expertise, and the ability to manage both external outreach and in-office responsibilities. This is a full-time role with mornings primarily spent engaging with referral sources and afternoons focused on in-office coordination, communication, and planning. Requirements Marketing & Outreach · Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors and dental offices through one-on-one visits, lunch-and-learn sessions, and study club meetings. · Spend mornings out in the community marketing with dental offices to strengthen referral networks. · Plan and coordinate dinners and lunches for doctors to meet with referral partners at least once a week. · Develop specialized marketing plans for new doctors to expand referral relationships. · Log and track marketing initiatives in Trello to measure outreach efforts and results. · Oversee social media, website content, online reviews, and search engine placement. · Organize educational meetings, training sessions, and community events to promote the practice. Internal Collaboration · Partner with internal teams to align marketing strategies with company goals and mission. · Train staff on referral relationship strategies and ensure consistent brand messaging. · Coordinate morale-boosting and team-building activities for practice staff. · Act as a liaison between doctors, patients, and referral partners to support communication and resolve issues quickly and professionally. · Growth & Strategy · Analyze practice management reports to identify trends and opportunities for sustainable growth. · Collaborate with management and outside sales representatives to plan and implement growth strategies. · Continuously refine marketing programs to maximize ROI and practice visibility.
