THE ROLE Chetola Resort is seeking friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable AM and PM Servers to join our Food & Beverage team. We are hiring for both morning shifts (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM) and evening shifts (4:00 PM – 10:00 PM). As a Server, you will create a warm, welcoming dining experience for guests by providing exceptional service in a timely and professional manner. Ideal candidates are team-oriented, have a passion for hospitality, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. WHAT YOU’LL DO Greet guests promptly and courteously, presenting menus and answering questions about menu items and specials. Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system. Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience. Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs, providing refills, clearing used dishes, and addressing any concerns with professionalism. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders. Process guest payments accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and side stations. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Uphold the Chetola Resort service standards and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
