THE ROLE Chetola Resort is seeking friendly, attentive, and hospitality-driven AM and PM Restaurant Servers to join our Food & Beverage team. We are hiring for both morning shifts (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM) and evening shifts (4:00 PM – 10:00 PM). As a Server, you play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences by delivering thoughtful, professional, and efficient service. You will guide guests through the dining experience—from greeting and menu recommendations to attentive table service—ensuring every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and valued. WHAT YOU’LL DO Guest Service & Dining Experience Greet guests warmly and promptly, creating a welcoming and professional first impression Present menus and answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and specials Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system Deliver food and beverages efficiently while ensuring proper presentation and guest satisfaction Monitor tables throughout the dining experience, anticipating guest needs and responding promptly Provide refills, clear dishes, and maintain table cleanliness throughout the meal Address guest questions or concerns professionally and involve management when appropriate Team Collaboration Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar teams to ensure accurate and timely order delivery Support fellow servers and restaurant staff to maintain smooth service during busy periods Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment Restaurant Standards & Operations Process guest payments accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, side stations, and service areas Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines Uphold Chetola’s service standards and contribute to an elevated dining experience Requirements ATTENTION TO DETAIL IN ACTION At Chetola, exceptional dining experiences are built through thoughtful details. As a Restaurant Server, your attention to detail ensures every table and every interaction reflects our service standards. Table readiness: Tables are stable and properly leveled, linens are smooth, and place settings are aligned neatly and consistently. Proper table setup: Salt and pepper shakers are clean, filled, and placed on the correct sides of the table; glassware and flatware are polished and positioned according to restaurant standards. Guest greeting: Guests are acknowledged promptly with warm eye contact, a genuine welcome, and attentive service from the moment they arrive. Order accuracy: Food and beverage orders are entered correctly and delivered exactly as requested. Service flow: Courses are delivered with appropriate pacing so guests can enjoy a relaxed and seamless dining experience. Table maintenance: Tables are kept neat and organized throughout the meal, with timely clearing of plates and attentive refills. Guest awareness: Anticipating needs—such as additional beverages, condiments, or utensils—before guests need to ask.
