Our Drivers lead the charge in ensuring timely, accurate, and safe delivery. We need a great driver to deliver to our stores Monday-Friday. This is a night route that starts work at 5:00 pm and will deliver to seven of our stores in Northwest IA. Key Responsibilities Accurate and timely delivery of product to multiple regional stores leaving in the early evening from Spencer, IA (Monday-Friday, typically 5:00 pm – 2:30 am) Exemplify our focus to provide extraordinary service to our customers – Service is the Difference! Maintain safe and clean equipment Ensure the highest levels of safety practices in all that you do! Be home every day! Requirements Class A CDL with air brake endorsement; Hazmat endorsement or able to obtain At least one year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience Must have a safe, insurable (no SR-22) driving record/MVR Desire to work in a customer-focused environment! Excellent communication skills and a focused, positive attitude High school diploma or equivalent is preferred Physical/Other Requirements Pre-employment drug screen is required Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds on a regular basis Safely operating company vehicle(s) Load and unload trailer, individually or with the assistance of others and/or freight handling equipment Standing, lifting, twisting, bending, walking and sitting.
