Contactprospects,audit/listensactivelytotheirneeds,identifythesuitableOrangesolutionsintelecom&ICTandproposethebestOrangedesignedsolutionoutofallproducts&servicesthatOrangeproposesonthosemarketsinMobile(voiceanddata,standardsolutions),Fix(VDSL,COAX,Fiber).Dependingonyourknowledgeofthoseproducts(growing),youproposeICTsolutionstoyourclients/prospects(CloudTelephony,Security,MDMsolutions)andHardware(devices,fleetmanagement).Yougenera eleadstoourpartnersandaffiliates(ex:OrangeICT)whenpossibleonyourperimeter. Responsiblefortheincreaseofcommercialactivities(X-sell,Up-sell)onyourcustomerportfoliobysellingtheOrangeproductsandservices.Youunderstandtheircomplementaryorevolvingneeds.Youevaluatetheirsatisfactionregardingourcompanyproductsandservices.YouuseyourmarketandproductknowledgetomakeaccurateandcompetitiveoffersandtomaximizecustomersatisfactionwithOrangeservices. Youensureretentionofyourlargerclientsinportfolio(ARPU>200Eur)throughofferingoffersforconnectivityandICTadaptedtotheirneeds. Ensure100%follow-upinduetimeofallassignedleads/campaignsandkeepalltoolingsystemsup-to-date(CRM,ordermanagementsystem)forallrelevantclientsrelatedactivity. Responsibleforyouropportunitiesidentification,prospectonboardingandqualityof thesignedordersviatheprovidedactivationtools. Handleautonomouslysimpleacquisitions,retentionandcontractextensioncases.Youarecoachedforthemorecomplexcasesorwhenadealshouldbepresentedtoaninternalvalidationmeeting. Ensureclosefollow-upincasecustomersescalateproblemssuchastechnicalissues,contractsandbillingmatters. Graduateormasterdegreeinsalesorinmarketingorsimilarthroughexperience. 1-3yearsofexperienceinasales-orientedfunction,retailorpreferablyinaB2Benvironment,preferablyinTelcomselling. Salesmanagement(sellingtechniques,salesspeeches,fromprospectiontoconversion). KnowledgeofSalesforceCRMsuite&MSOffice(Word/Excel/PowerPoint). Goodlevelofpresentationskills. TimeManagement. Capacitytoidentifyclientneedsandproposeaccuratesolution. Courageous&positiveattitude. Fluent in Dutch,knowledgeofFrenchandEnglishisanextraasset.
