Are you ready to provide professional support to one of MOL Group SVPs in coordination of selected activities and projects on Group level? We are looking for a Business Support Lead Expert at MOL Group! Key Responsibilities: Support Business Strategy Execution: Coordinate selected Group-level projects to ensure synergies are leveraged and overlaps eliminated through continuous monitoring, alignment, and targeted reporting. Drive Organizational Development: Lead communication efforts, manage selected transformation initiatives, gather feedback, and develop relevant performance metrics. Prepare Financial Analyses: Support the creation of decision-making materials with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and strategic alignment. Data Management & Interpretation: Collect, organize, evaluate, and interpret business, operational, and organizational data to support performance management and informed decision-making. Stakeholder Event Coordination: Plan, communicate, and execute key internal and external stakeholder events, ensuring compliance with all formal and informal protocols. Facilitate Business Reviews: Prepare, visualize, and organize data for business and financial reviews, ensure stakeholder readiness, and coordinate supporting materials across sub-organizations. Manage Strategic Projects: Coordinate and/or lead selected strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and alignment with Group objectives.
