Mayberry Security is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Guardhouse Security Officer to join our team at a prestigious 5-star resort. This position is responsible for managing the guardhouse operations, ensuring all guests and visitors are properly checked in, and maintaining the highest level of hospitality and professionalism while upholding resort policies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and check in guests, contractors, and vendors upon arrival.
• Verify guest authorization and ensure all required access credentials are in place.
• Monitor incoming vehicles to ensure no unapproved boats, trailers, or dump vehicles remain overnight.
• Maintain detailed visitor logs and incident reports as needed.
• Enforce resort access and parking policies in a professional manner.
• Provide information and directions to guests while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• Communicate with resort management and security leadership regarding any incidents, violations, or concerns.
• Maintain the guardhouse in a clean, organized, and professional condition at all times.
