About the role We are looking for a Temp Consultant for approximately 13 weeks to work alongside Auxo Project Delivery & Utilization teams for external clients across Insurance, Financial Services, etc. the Administrator will be responsible for maintaining daily operational continuity of the Kimble (Kantata) platform. In addition, they may assist with process improvements and adoption. The Administrator will serve as a key tactical and strategic point of contact for the Kimble platform. What you'll do Manage user roles and permission sets within the Salesforce-based environment. Act as the day-to-day point of contact for organization - wide Kimble inquiries and troubleshooting: resolve daily requests related to time/expense entries, billing errors, and period-close processes. Monitor and maintain data integrity, accurate reporting and compliance between Kimble and other integrated corporate systems (e.g., Salesforce CRM, ERP). Assist in aligning legacy workflows with the organization’s global Kimble blueprints. Facilitate the loading and validation of historical project and resource data. Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and organizational entities being onboarded. Review current automation, workflows, and lifecycle coverage within Kimble/Kantata, while also identifying gaps, redundancies, and optimization opportunities. Suggest additional workflows and configurations where necessary. Partner with the team to align project billing/utilization lifecycle to business objectives. Provide ongoing maintenance and support as needed, potentially on a per-diem basis. Qualifications A Bachelors' Degree in a related field and at least 3 years' experience working in Salesforce Lightning. Professional experience overseeing/administering a Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform, including the Kimble/Kantata PSA platform. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure PSA strategies are feasible, aligned, and supported by current technology capabilities. Ability to support discussions and working sessions by clearly communicating PSA considerations, dependencies, and rationale behind recommendations. Experience with Agile project management methodologies and tools. Strong proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Reports/Dashboards, and Flow Builder. Understanding of billable utilization, revenue recognition, and resource management within a professional services context. Other Info Must be able to work Monday - Friday and pass thorough background checks, including physical location verifications. This position is intended to be primarily remote, general working hours are negotiable but the Consultant should be available during EST working hours. The position is slated for ~13 weeks but extension is possible. Must be legally authorized to work in the US at time of application. Target start date: February 16th, 2026 The successful candidate may be hired as a W2 Contractor through a partner agency.
