ROLE SUMMARY
DispatchTrack is seeking a customer-focused, technically savvy Professional Services Consultant to support the successful onboarding and implementation of our logistics software for new customers. This individual will work closely with clients to configure the DispatchTrack
platform, manage onboarding timelines, troubleshoot setup issues, and provide hands-on training and support.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure each customer has a seamless go-live experience. This is a high-impact role for someone early in their career who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a real difference.
