YOUR PROFILE
You will be an important member of our Professional Services team, dedicated to the success of customers’ virtualization strategies and their implementations. With your colleagues you will ensure that customers successfully implement Quadient’s solutions, and as a Professional Services Consultant, you will influence the success of each implementation, forming a vital link between the customer and Quadient.
We’ve learned that if we put our thinking and efforts together, we’ll achieve better results for decisions big and small. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute at a high level because the way we see it, your input broadens our perspective as well as yours.
You’ll engage with sales, pre-sales and project management, defining the services portion of our solution proposal, and you’ll meet with customers to clarify system specifications, gaining an understanding of their work practices and the nature of their business, in order to develop a solution to meet their needs.
You will develop and implement agreed custom solutions, testing and installing custom software solutions, and you’ll present solutions in written or oral form, preparing documentation and presenting progress reports to customers while also working on, and organizing the delivery of projects.
You’ll maintain integrity and professionalism when working with sensitive customer data and information, and you will also conduct training for users and other consultants, occasionally travelling to client sites.
