    The Professional Services Consultant is responsible for designing, managing, and delivering successful Professional Services projects for SCIEX customers. This role requires close interfacing with a broad range of functional areas both within SCIEX and across our customer’s organizations.
    This position reports to the Director of Professional Services and is part of the After Market organization.

In this role, you have the opportunity to:

  • Working closely with SCIEX customers and internal Sales team to understand needs, constraints, and requirements of the Professional Services project.
  • Performing project management activities, including requirements analysis, work breakdown, estimating, scheduling, measuring project performance, and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Identifying and applying creative strategies to overcome project obstacles such as resource constraints, scheduling conflicts, scope changes, etc.
  • Management and delivery of core Professional Services projects such as software validation and change control.
