Description
DenaliTEK is seeking a Professional Services Engineer to lead the design, execution, and success of client IT projects while owning key centralized service platforms such as backup, patching, and endpoint security. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in both project delivery and systems ownership, and wants to play a key role in improving processes, standardization, and client outcomes. What You’ll DoProject Engineering & Delivery Plan, design, and implement IT infrastructure projects (servers, networks, cloud, etc.) Develop project scopes, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies Lead client communication throughout project lifecycle Ensure projects are delivered on-time, on-budget, and to standard Act as Tier III escalation for other technical staff Centralized Services Ownership Own and manage backup solutions (deployment, monitoring, restores, DR testing) Own RMM, patching, and endpoint protection platforms Process & Operational Excellence Build and refine SOPs and technical standards Improve project repeatability and profitability Collaborate with internal teams to streamline delivery Maintain accurate documentation, time tracking, and system records Required 3+ years of experience working with servers, networking, and IT infrastructure 3+ years supporting Microsoft-based environments Experience delivering IT projects end-to-end Strong documentation and communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Familiarity of RMM tools and patch management Managed Services experience 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company contribution 4 weeks of PTO annually, plus 7 paid holidays Reimbursements for mileage, parking, internet, and cell phone A no-drama, no-politics environment that values performance and integrity We're an equal opportunity employer.
