QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
  • Proven experience in hardware support and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and peripherals.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

  • Equipment Preparation
  • Performing on-site deployment activities, such as installing hardware components, configuring software applications, and setting up network infrastructure
  • Conducting post-deployment testing to verify the functionality, performance, and compatibility
  • Providing training and support to end-users on how to use deployed system, software, and applications including user documentation, and addressing user questions or concerns
  • Responding to incidents or issues reported by end-users or detected through monitoring activities
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of deployment activities, configurations, and support interactions
  • Communicating with project managers and team members to provide updates on deployment progress, report issues or challenges, and coordinate activities
  • Coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and third-party service providers to procure equipment, software licenses, and support services required for deployment and operations
  • Ensuring that deployed IT systems meet quality standards and client requirementsIdentifying opportunities to improve deployment and operations processes, tools, and methodologies
