REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Engineering, Computer Science, IT OR equivalent hands-on experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Implementation, Professional Services, or Technical Support.
• Strong troubleshooting and system integration skills.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), SQL/MongoDB, Networking protocols.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, including delivering technical training.

Preferred Qualifications (nice to have)

• Experience with Access Control Systems.
• Programming knowledge (C#, Python, SQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins.
• Certifications such as AWS, Azure, or ITIL Foundation.

This role combines solution design, system implementation, and advanced technical support. You will work directly with enterprise clients to gather requirements, design tailored solutions, and manage full project delivery from setup to post-launch optimisation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, configure, and implement security, software, and cloud systems.
• Lead implementation projects: planning, deployment, testing, and go-live.
• Deliver customer and internal technical training.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for complex issues.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Collaborate across engineering and product teams to resolve escalations.
