Responsibilities

As a Verizon Sales Operations Opportunity Manager, you have a pivotal role in orchestrating the process of developing proposals for Verizon Consulting Services Solutions. You will work closely with sales, solution architects, legal, and delivery teams to provide pre-sales support on Consulting Services proposals. This will include:

  • Act as point of entry to the Professional Services organization for all Collaboration and Customer Experience opportunities from all of the domestic and global sales organizations. Role consists of interfacing with multiple organizational leads, verifying requirements and assigning appropriate resources to complete the Statement of Work and Level of Effort.
  • Working with Sales teams to help qualify deals and gather requirements from customers
  • Working with Delivery teams to develop levels of effort
  • Configuring quotes in the quoting tools
  • Developing statements of work based on requirements provided by the solutions teams
  • Working with Legal, Sourcing, and Sales to update and finalize Statements of Work for presentation back to the customer.
  • Coordinating and managing solutions activities for complex deals that involve multiple Consulting Services Practices.
