As a Professional Services Program Manager, you will lead complex services programs and projects, overseeing all deployment resources to ensure timely, on-budget delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage program timelines, and define project scope and deliverables in collaboration with technical and business stakeholders. This role involves driving operational improvements, monitoring project performance, and providing executive-level reporting. You will mentor project managers and coordinators, maintain standards in line with established project management methodology, and play a pivotal role in delivering successful customer outcomes in a global, collaborative environment. Accountabilities: Lead end-to-end professional services programs and projects, managing resources, scope, and timelines. Define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables in collaboration with technical and business teams. Develop and execute detailed project plans, adjusting as needed to meet evolving requirements. Monitor day-to-day project operations and ensure adherence to project management methodologies and standards. Track and report team hours, expenses, and overall project performance to stakeholders. Mitigate risks and proactively address issues to minimize exposure on projects. Mentor and guide project managers and coordinators, promoting consistent best practices. Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and stored appropriately for future reference. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or equivalent education/experience. 8+ years of relevant experience leading complex projects or programs. Experience managing large-scale, global deployments with multiple teams and resources. Strong proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or SmartSheets. Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail, prioritization, and tool utilization capabilities. Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across diverse teams, clients, and leadership. Flexibility to manage shifting priorities and timelines while maintaining high-quality delivery. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus. Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is advantageous.
