Job Description To grow the brand’s presence, engagement, and community across Meta platforms (Instagram and Facebook) through strategic content development, targeting and creator collaborations. The Professional Social Media Manager will focus on expanding paid and organic reach, strengthening audience connection, and ensuring consistent, high-quality representation of the brand across all Meta channels. Meta Ads Management – Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns on Instagram to meet established goals. Audience Targeting & Segmentation – Develop and test audience hypotheses, lookalike models, and retargeting strategies to improve campaign efficiency. Creative Coordination – Collaborate with the creative and PPC teams to develop ad visuals and messaging aligned with brand and performance goals. Performance Analysis – Monitor campaign metrics, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations to improve ROI. Creator Collaborations – Identify, evaluate, and onboard content creators aligned with campaign objectives and audience profiles. Partnership Management – Handle communication, contracts, payments, and product/merch logistics with influencers. Market Expansion – Research and manage creator campaigns in target countries to drive brand growth and reach. Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with PPC, Brand, and Creative teams to ensure integrated messaging and data sharing. Trend Tracking – Stay updated on Meta platform updates, algorithm changes, and ad best practices. Qualifications Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager (Instagram & Facebook) and understanding of paid and organic social media strategies. Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance. Experience managing influencer or creator collaborations. Knowledge of social media trends, audiences, and performance metrics. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with external partners. Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously. Proactive, results-driven, and eager to test and learn from new marketing approaches.
