The Advice team provide end to end customer services to all members helping them to understand, manage and tailor their retirement savings through the appropriate information at the right time. We provide a real time customer lens to help the business improve current and future services and pride ourselves on the breadth of information, quality of advice and award-winning services we provide. Play a key role in strengthening of professional standards and governance to support high-quality financial advice and better outcomes for our members. The role This role supports the development, maintenance and embedding of professional standards and governance practices to support the delivery of advice and education while effectively managing operational risk. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure policies, tools and controls are understood, applied and continuously improved. Furthermore, you will: * Support the development and maintenance of professional standards, policies, tools and templates * Embed governance frameworks and contribute to risk and compliance management activities * Provide guidance to advice teams on the application of policies, standards and guidelines * Deliver training, onboarding, induction and ongoing capability uplift across broader advice team to enhance adherence to professional standards * Maintain advice tools, templates and Financial Services Guides in collaboration with relevant stakeholders * Support risk management through identifying insights, contributing to controls and supporting their consistent implementation   About you You bring experience in professional standards and governance within financial advice, with the ability to balance regulatory obligations, operational efficiency and client outcomes. You are confident in sharing knowledge, supporting stakeholders and enabling consistent adoption of policies and frameworks. In addition, you will have: * Passion for financial planning, superannuation and improving member retirement outcomes * Experience creating, managing and embedding professional standards with a deep understanding of risk and compliance frameworks * Ability to balance client experience, operational efficiency and regulatory requirements * Experience delivering training, coaching and supporting client-facing teams * Strong industry knowledge of financial planning and superannuation regulatory environments * Relevant qualifications in financial planning, commerce or legal related fields   What We Offer UniSuper believes that the best way to achieve great things is when we come together and collaborate.
