REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurant.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
  • A passion for hospitality and providing an exceptional guest experience.
  • Proficiency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
Responsibilities
  • Greeting and seating guests, ensuring they are comfortable and have all necessary information about the menu and the experience.
  • Providing expert knowledge of the menu and beverage offerings, including wine pairings, and offering recommendations.
  • Serving food and beverages in a high professionally, efficient, timely, and courteous manner.
  • Ensuring all guests’ needs are met, anticipating any requirements and providing personalized service.
  • Collaborating with our kitchen to ensure smooth communication and excellent service flow.
  • Ensuring that all health, safety, and hygiene regulations are followed.
  • Assisting with any special requests and ensuring that each guest has a memorable dining experience.
