Key responsibilities: The professorship's main focus lies in teaching within tourism-related Bachelor's and Master's programs. You will represent, in particular, business and economic issues within the tourism context, as well as topics related to destination development, especially governance, stakeholder management, strategy, and product and project development. Furthermore, you will teach courses in areas such as applied statistics and empirical methods, including quantitative and qualitative research approaches, research designs, data analysis, and evidence-based decision support.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the academic and personal support of the predominantly international student body.
To ensure a practice-oriented education, your responsibilities will include not only teaching but also the further development of the European Campus Rottal-Inn and the conception and establishment of new study programs.
