Job Description #AAA’s South Western Sydney team are looking for a Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner in Campbelltown or surrounding areas. In this role you will: Support participants with complex needs using a positive behaviour support approach that prioritises quality of life and reduces restrictive practices Deliver meaningful, person-centred strategies across home and community settings that create real, everyday impact Partner with families and support networks to build confidence, capability and long-term outcomes Enjoy working within a collaborative multidisciplinary team that values clinical quality and shared learning Provide supervision and mentoring to developing Behaviour Support Practitioners while progressing your own leadership skills Qualifications To be successful in this role you will have: Evidence of Proficient suitability and confirmation of submission to the NDIS Commission Demonstrated experience delivering behaviour support and producing high-quality behaviour support plans and reports Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a complex, varied caseload independently Experience providing supervision, or willingness to develop supervision capabilities What's in it for you?
