Our NSW Profiling team is seeking a Profiler Operator. We are open to reviewing applications from experienced candidates. This role will require you to operate the profiler as a level hand and steer, understand surveys, teach up-and-coming operators and complete pre- and post-operational checks and maintenance. There may also be the opportunity to work alongside the paving crew and operate other mobile plant (e.g., pavers, rollers, skid steers, MTVs, and a tack coat truck). We're looking for candidates who have asphalt/industry experience. Candidates will need to have: Availability to work overtime, weekends, nights, and live away from home when required A current vehicle licence (HR or HC licence beneficial) Construction induction card Mobile plant experience, particularly at the level and steer for a profiler An interest in working outdoors, in all weather conditions. Responsibilities

The operator will be responsible for operating the profiler as a level hand, steering, understanding surveys, training new operators, and completing all pre- and post-operational checks and maintenance tasks. There is also potential to work with the paving crew operating other mobile plant equipment like pavers, rollers, and trucks.
