WFS is well-versed in federal contract compliance and providing outstanding support services   Position Summary Proforma Support team members are primarily responsible for gaining and maintaining control of the Former Institution’s (FI) accounting records, and performing the following general functions Resolving a failed financial institution requires FDIC staff and contracting staff to work days and hours that exceed a typical Monday – Friday, forty-hour work week. The expectation is that contractors will work weekends and in excess of eight hour days to complete the Receiverships goals and tasks   Responsibilities: * Prepare routine reports and forms. * Perform in a detail orientated and repetitive environment. * Learn and apply technical and financial terminology to accurately classify and file material. * Communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization. * Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quickly adapt to FDIC standardized software and database systems. Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Three to five (3-5) years' of experience in financial institution operations and/or performed or advised on accounting/auditing services for a financial institution.  * Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, with a minor in Accounting or Auditing; or, an Associate's degree in Accounting or Auditing from an accredited college/university.  * Ability to deal and communicate effectively with individual at all levels.  * Ability to accurately follow oral and written instructions.  * Skilled in the preparation of routine financial reports and forms.
