WFS is well-versed in federal contract compliance and providing outstanding support services   Position Summary  Proforma Support team members are primarily responsible for gaining and maintaining control of the Former Institution’s (FI) accounting records, and performing the following general functions Resolving a failed financial institution requires FDIC staff and contracting staff to work days and hours that exceed a typical Monday – Friday, forty-hour work week. The expectation is that contractors will work weekends and in excess of eight hour days to complete the Receiverships goals and tasks   Responsibilities: * Prepare routine reports and forms. * Perform in a detail orientated and repetitive environment. * Learn and apply technical and financial terminology to accurately classify and file material. * Communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization. * Operate standard office equipment, i.e. copiers, faxes, typewriters and calculators. Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * One to two (1-2) years' of experience in financial institution operations and/or performed accounting/auditing services for a financial institution.  * Ability to deal and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.  * Ability to accurately follow oral and written instructions. Skill in the preparation of basic reports and forms.  * Experience performing in a detail oriented environment.
