Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Education, or related field. Experience in technical training, enablement, or engineering roles. Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to partner with global teams and SMEs. Experience with AI‑supported learning tools (preferred).
